Blogging Is Weird

June 3, 2006 psipsina

I was just looking back through my hit counter, and was surprised to learn that my Bridezilla entry is by far my most popular entry, with nearly twice as many hits as my other entries. I find this odd, if only because it’s a rather mediocre entry. I guess maybe I touched a chord, or maybe putting the “wedding” tag is generating a lot of traffic.

I suppose one of the weird things about the internet is how quality and quantity do not always match up. Or maybe that’s just life – the best things are not always the most popular.

I am pleased, however, that the following, which I think it one of my finer pieces of writing, has gotten a fair amount of attention:

And I would like to commend the attention of my readers to another favorite of mine:

Yes, I know, it’s cheesy to do a “greatest hits” so soon after starting the blog. What can I say, I’m addicted to seeing the hit counter go up.

Next time I’ll write a real entry, I promise.

Procrastinating on doing some real work,
Psipsina
